Client Information – Appointment Policy
Dear Guest,
Thank you for choosing Skin and More Beauty Salon.
With the following information, we would like to ensure that your visit is smooth, calm, and pleasant – and that you are aware of all important details regarding your appointment.
I. Appointment Confirmation
For all booked services, the Salonic online booking system automatically sends a confirmation e-mail.
Additionally, you will receive an automatic e-mail and/or SMS reminder 24 hours before the appointment.
II. Cancellation and Modification Policy
If you cannot attend your appointment, please inform us in due time.
a.) Modification:
Because rescheduling requires administrative coordination, appointment changes are possible only up to 24 hours before the booked time, and exclusively via the online booking system.
Requests by phone or e-mail cannot be accepted.
b.) Cancellation:
Cancellations are possible up to 72 hours before the treatment, exclusively by e-mail ([email protected]
).
A cancellation fee of 50 % of the treatment price will be charged.
If a guest fails to appear for the reserved appointment without prior notice, 100 % of the treatment fee will be charged.
III. Payment Terms
a.) Payment deadline
After making an online reservation, you have 1 hour to complete the payment.
If payment is not completed or fails, the Salonic system automatically cancels the booking.
Invoices are issued automatically through Számlázz.hu and sent to the e-mail address provided.
The service provider cannot be held liable for incorrect or missing data that result in undelivered invoices.
b.) Advance payment requirement
All appointments must be prepaid ( 100 % of the treatment fee ).
In return, the salon grants a 5–10 % discount compared to the regular price list; prices shown in Salonic already include this discount.
Invoices are issued in accordance with Act CXXVII of 2007, §175 (Electronic Invoicing).
IV. Salon Rules
a.) Arrival of Guests
When booking an appointment, a treatment room and beautician are reserved exclusively for you.
This means the specialist will focus only on you, and walk-in clients are not accepted during your reserved time.
Your booking is confirmed once it is registered in the online system or through prior agreement.
Each treatment is scheduled for a fixed duration, and appointments follow one another without gaps.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your treatment to prepare comfortably and begin on time.
If you are late, your treatment time may be shortened.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the salon reserves the right to cancel the appointment, and the full fee will be charged.
If the delay is on our side, and the treatment starts more than 15 minutes late, the treatment will be provided free of charge.
For multiple bookings, the highest-priced treatment will be refunded.
b.) Guest Behaviour
Guests must observe general hygiene standards before treatments.
Please respect the tranquillity of the salon: set phones to silent mode and avoid loud conversation.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be served.
Follow the staff’s instructions at all times for your own and others’ safety.
We cannot accept clients who are visibly ill, feverish, or contagious.
Guests are responsible for informing their beautician of any relevant health conditions, allergies, or medication.
The salon cannot be held liable for discomfort or complications resulting from unreported health issues.
c.) Children and Companions
Please bring children only when necessary, and ensure they do not disturb the calm atmosphere.
Companions must also comply with salon rules.
No companions, children, or pets may enter the treatment room.
d.) Personal Belongings and Security
Guests bring personal belongings at their own risk.
The salon is not liable for lost or stolen items.
A CCTV security system operates within the salon for the safety of guests and staff.
Cameras record common areas only (reception, waiting area, corridors) – never treatment rooms or restrooms.
Recordings are stored for a maximum of 14 days, then automatically deleted.
Only authorised personnel may view recordings in case of incidents or complaints.
Recordings are processed in full compliance with GDPR and data-protection regulations.
Guests may request access to or deletion of recordings concerning them, where permitted by law.
Footage is disclosed to third parties only upon legal or official request.
Clear signage in the salon indicates camera operation.
By entering the salon and using our services, guests acknowledge and accept these conditions.
e.) Consent Form
Certain treatments (e.g. waxing, lash lift, lash filler, brow lamination, facials) require a Consent Form.
For online bookings, the form is sent electronically and can be completed online.
Walk-in clients must complete it on paper at the salon.
Completing the form is mandatory; without it, the treatment may be refused.
Paper forms are later uploaded to Salonic with the code “H” = on-site signature.
Validity: 6 months – max 1 year.
The form collects the following data: name, date of birth, address, phone number, and e-mail.
These are required for identification in case of complaints, for minor protection, and for issuing electronic invoices.
